The iconic Gibson EDS-1275 doubleneck features one neck with six strings and another with 12. Based on the 1275 made in the early ’60s, this pre-owned instrument fills the need for guitarists looking to switch between electric six and 12-string guitars during the course of a song. The Mahogany body is mated to dual Maple necks for plenty of sustain and thick tone, while the Gibson humbuckers provide the firepower. The classic Heritage Cherry finish is in excellent condition with some light surface marks on the back. The Rosewood fingerboards are inlaid with Split Parallelogram inlays for a classic look. There is some cracking in the binding at the fret ends as is usually found on Gibson’s of this vintage.
